  • Can guests view their booking details on the app?
    Yes, they can can view their booking details, including itinerary, room information, and check-in/check-out dates.
  • How is SOPAGO App priced?
    We offer monthly low fixed cost, regardless of the number of rooms your property has. Refer to our pricing list page
  • Can the app be used for check-in and check-out?
    Yes, the app allows for quick and convenient check-in and check-out, eliminating the need for guests to wait in line at the front desk.
  • Will my own brand be on the App ?
    Yes, you won't see Sopago anywhere on your app - it's your digital product.
  • What happens if I encounter technical issues with the app during my stay?
    You can contact Sopago’s support team for assistance with any technical issues you may encounter with the app.
  • How long does on-boarding & implementation process take for hotels ?
    It depends a bit on your service portfolio. But you can assume that the hotel app will be ready after 24 - 72 hours.
  • How do we promote our hotel app to guests before they arrive?
    Encourage your guests to download the app as soon as they book and remind them each time you contact them prior to arrival.
  • Can guests access in-room services through the app?
    Yes, in-room services, such as housekeeping, room service, and many more can be requested through the app.
  • What is Sopago ?
    SOPAGO is a cloud-based platform that provides hotels with a branded hotel app.
  • Can I add my own service providers to SOPAGO for offering upsells?
    Yes! Add your preferred suppliers and services providers directly or invite partners to be vendors in your Hotel app. Generate revenue every time a guest books one of these products!
  • How do my guest find the App ?
    No download is required from any app stores, all functionalities are PWA powered. This means that SOPAGO can be accessed through a web browser on any device, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.
  • Do you integrate with PMS ?
    We work closely with all relevant property management systems to offer seamless solutions.
  • Can someone help me design our hotel app ?
    We do the app’s design and framework for you. We also assist you in curating content as per your preference.
